We are a small team of Year 9 students and teachers from Ivanhoe Grammar School in Melbourne, Australia. Our school has a strong focus on Internationalism, providing a range of opportunities for our students to interact with students and communities in other parts of the world. A recent initiative was to offer international journeys to students in Year 9. In March 2013, the inaugural Year 9 trip to India took place.
In 2014, we are returning, this time as a cross-campus team. Our generous hosts in the first week of our trip will be staff and students of The Daly College in Indore, India. Both schools are members of the Round Square association.
We are very much looking forward to making new friends and exploring new places in India.
